order form for each program ordered. Click the correct button
below to go to internet site.
Once there, go the the "Order Now" page fill in your
personal data and payment data into the software registration
form. At the bottom of the screen is a selection to pay by fax
or by wire transfer. Fill out all information and, instead of
finalizing the order on-line, print the page and fax it to one
of the numbers below. Orders for a single-user license cannot be
registered in a company name and must be registered in an individual's
name.
